Peach Cobbler Ingredients
Method
Peach Cobbler Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Peaches
In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with half of the granulated sugar (1/2 cup). Let it sit for about 10 minutes to release juices.
Make the Batter
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, milk, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine and Bake
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon the peach mixture over the batter. Do not stir. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve
Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Top each serving with a scoop of Bon Bon vanilla ice cream.
