Preparation
Prepare the Fruits
Start by washing the Asian pears and cranberries under cold water. Slice the Asian pears into thin wedges and set aside. Peel and slice the oranges into rounds.
Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced Asian pears, orange rounds, and fresh cranberries.
Add the Wines
Pour the Central Coast Zinfandel and Moscato over the fruit mixture in the pitcher.
Mix in the Spirits
Add the Orange Brandy and Rum to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.
Sweeten the Sangria
Drizzle the Agave Syrup into the mixture, adjusting according to your sweetness preference, and stir well.
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld. Before serving, add the Prosecco for a sparkling finish. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
