Method

Pizza Preparation

1

Prepare the Beer Crust

In a large bowl, combine the warm beer and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add in the flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

2

Knead and Rise

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

3

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

4

Shape the Pizza

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out to fit your pizza pan. Transfer the dough to the pan.

5

Add Toppings

Spread the pepper gravy evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and bacon over the gravy. Top with shredded cheddar jack cheese.

6

Bake the Pizza

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

7

Prepare the Eggs

While the pizza is baking, cook the eggs over-easy in a non-stick skillet.

8

Assemble the Pizza

Once the pizza is out of the oven, place the over-easy eggs on top. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
