Method

Preparation

1

Cook the Waffle Fries

Prepare the frozen waffle fries according to package instructions until crispy.

2

Make the Beer Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually add the milk and amber ale, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.

3

Add the Cheese

Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

4

Assemble the Loaded Waffle Fries

Place the cooked waffle fries on a serving platter. Drizzle the beer cheese sauce over the fries, then sprinkle with shredded cheeses and chopped green onions.

5

Serve

Enjoy the loaded waffle fries while they are hot!
