Preparation of Chicken Fingers

1. Prepare Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into strips. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk. In a third bowl, place bread crumbs. Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the bread crumbs.

2. Fry Chicken

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

3. Cook Fries

Follow the package instructions for frying or baking the frozen crinkle-cut fries until crispy.

4. Mix Sauce

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
