1. Prepare the Chicken Tenders
Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C).
2. Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; one for beaten eggs; and one for breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Serve the Chicken
Arrange the chicken tenders on a large platter and serve with Cane’s Sauce® on the side for dipping. Enjoy with your friends!
