Seasoned Egg, 1pc Charsiu, Oyster Katsu, Fishcake, Bamboo, Pickled Cabbages, Scallion
In a pot, combine chicken or pork broth, soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
In a separate pot, boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the broth simmers, slice the scallions and prepare the seasoned egg, charsiu, oyster katsu, fishcake, bamboo shoots, and pickled cabbage.
In a bowl, place a serving of noodles, pour the hot broth over the noodles, and arrange the toppings (seasoned egg, charsiu, oyster katsu, fishcake, bamboo shoots, pickled cabbage, and scallions) on top.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade house ramen!
