6. First Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

7. Shape the Dough

After the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into desired forms (e.g., loaves, rolls, or pastries).

8. Second Rise

Place shaped dough onto a baking sheet, cover, and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.

9. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

10. Bake

Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with water (optional).
