Preparation

1

Prepare the Avocados

Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

2

Mash the Avocado

Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado until it reaches a creamy consistency. You can leave some small chunks for texture if desired.

3

Mix Ingredients

Add the fresh lime juice and orange liqueur to the mashed avocado. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

4

Add Cilantro

In a separate bowl, finely chop the fresh cilantro. Reserve a tablespoon for garnish. Add the chopped cilantro to the avocado mixture and mix gently to combine.

Assembly

5

Prepare the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Exotico Blanco tequila and mezcal. Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.

6

Serve the Ahuacatl

Scoop the avocado mixture into serving bowls. Drizzle the chilled tequila and mezcal mixture over the top.

7

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with lime wedges and the reserved cilantro leaves. Serve immediately to enjoy fresh.
