Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt to create a marinade.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken tenders in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Broiler
Preheat your oven's broiler to high.
- 4
Broil the Chicken
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Arrange the marinated chicken tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer. Broil in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
