
Burritos Tapatios (carnitas Or Pastor) Recipe
Carnitas is a traditional tasty Mexican sautéed pork. Pastor is grilled & marinated with our special adobo sauce. Both come with beans inside. Topped with green sauce, cheese dip & pico de gallo. Served with rice, guacamole salad & jalapeño peppers.

Prepare the Pork
If using Carnitas, season the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, and cumin. If using Pastor, marinate the pork loin in adobo sauce for at least 1 hour.

Cook the Pork
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned or marinated pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest before shredding.

Prepare the Burritos
Lay out a flour tortilla and add a layer of shredded pork, black beans, cooked rice, and a drizzle of green sauce. Roll tightly to form a burrito.

Serve
Top the burritos with cheese dip and pico de gallo. Serve with guacamole, jalapeño peppers, and additional green sauce on the side.
