Baguette
Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough
Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape and Second Rise
Punch down the dough, shape it into a baguette, and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, crushed red pepper, and minced garlic.
Serve
Serve the dipping oil alongside the bread.
