Method

Cocktail

1

Fill a shaker with the specified ice (about 1 cup).

2

Add 2 oz vodka, 3 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz simple syrup, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters into the shaker.

3

Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold and slightly frosted.

4

Fill a highball or Collins glass with fresh ice (if you prefer, use crushed ice). Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass.

5

Top with 1 oz club soda and gently stir once or twice to combine without flattening the fizz.

Garnish

6

Thread a pineapple wedge and a lime wheel onto the rim or place them on the glass edge.

7

Slap the mint sprig between your palms briefly to release aromatics (if using) and tuck it into the garnish or float it on top.

8

Serve immediately with a straw and a smile.
