Prepare the Beets
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the beets in aluminum foil and roast them for about 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender. Allow them to cool, then peel and dice.

Brew the Rose Hip Tea
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of dried rose hips and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, then strain the tea and allow it to cool.

Prepare the Cherries
While the beets are roasting, wash and pit the cherries. Cut them in half and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the pitted cherries, diced roasted beets, soju, brewed rose hip tea, and brandies. Shake well for about 15 seconds to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Slowly pour in the malted cream and top with power soda to add fizz.

Garnish
Garnish with a few whole cherries or a sprig of mint for a refreshing touch. Serve immediately.
