1

Prep glass & garnish

Chill a Collins or highball glass in the freezer for a few minutes. Using a vegetable peeler, cut one long cucumber ribbon and set aside for garnish. Pick one mint sprig for garnish and gently slap it between your palms to release aroma; reserve.

2

Muddle base flavors

In a cocktail shaker (or mixing glass), add the 4 thin cucumber slices, 5 mint sprigs (reserve 1 for garnish), 20 ml fresh lime juice and 10 ml agave syrup. Using a muddler, gently press and twist the cucumber and mint about 6–8 times — you want to release juices and aromatics without pulverizing the mint into tiny bits.

3

Combine with Ritual Tequila Alternative

Add 50 ml Ritual Tequila Alternative to the shaker. Fill the shaker with the measured ice (about 1 cup). Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds to chill, dilute slightly, and integrate flavors.

4

Strain

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and fill it with fresh ice (optional: large cube). Double-strain the shaker contents into the glass using both the shaker strainer and a fine mesh strainer to keep muddled bits out of the drink while preserving the flavor.

5

Top with ginger beer

Gently top the strained mixture with 120 ml Owen's Ginger Beer (70 cal). Pour slowly over the back of a spoon if you want a slightly layered presentation. Give the drink one or two gentle stirs to integrate the ginger beer without flattening the bubbles.

6

Garnish & finish

Thread the reserved cucumber ribbon along the inside of the glass or drape it on the rim, and float the reserved mint sprig on top. Optionally, add a thin cucumber wheel on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw.
