- 1
Chill & inspect bottle
Ensure the Acqua Panna bottle is properly chilled (ideally 4–8°C). Check the seal for integrity and ensure the label is clean and facing outward. Wipe the bottle neck and exterior quickly with the clean napkin to remove any condensation or debris.

- 3
Present the bottle
Approach the guest with the bottle label facing them. Offer the bottle briefly for inspection (if your service style requires) and place it on the table or tray on the coaster/napkin, still facing the guest.
- 4
Open the bottle
Carefully remove the seal/cap from the Acqua Panna bottle. Keep the cap or top in a clean place (on the napkin or a small dish) so it can be replaced if needed.
- 5
Pour
Hold the bottle near the base with one hand and the neck with the other for control. Pour slowly into the glass at a steady angle to avoid splashing, filling the glass to about three-quarters full (approximately 200–250 ml). If ice is present, pour gently to avoid excessive agitation. Stop pouring when the flow is steady and there is a slight meniscus but no overflow.

- 7
Finish & offer the bottle
Replace the cap loosely on the bottle if the guest prefers, or leave it open for further pours. Return any remaining bottle to the table with the label facing the guest, placed on the coaster/napkin. Offer additional service (more pours, ice, or garnish) as needed.
- 8
Clean up
If any spills occurred, wipe the table or tray immediately with the napkin. Replace the napkin and ensure the presentation area remains tidy.
