1

Prepare glass

Choose a large wine glass. Fill the glass about three-quarters full with ice cubes to thoroughly chill the glass.

2

Add Aperol

Pour 3 tablespoons (approximately 1.5 fl oz) of Aperol over the ice. Pouring first helps the liqueur sit at the bottom so you can layer the Prosecco.

3

Add Prosecco

Slowly pour 3 ounces of chilled prosecco into the glass. Pour gently down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon to preserve bubbles and create a light layering effect.

4

Top with soda

Add 1 ounce of chilled soda water to the glass. Stir gently once with a bar spoon (one slow turn) to combine without flattening the bubbles.

5

Garnish and serve

Garnish with one fresh orange wheel placed on the rim or floated in the drink. Serve immediately with a short straw or stirrer.
