Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

  2. 2

    Coat the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each fillet is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

On a grilling basket or skewers, toss the vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them alongside the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Plate the salmon fillets with a generous portion of grilled vegetables on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
