Refreshing Citrus Sparkler
Cucumber-Mint Cooler
Fruity Iced Tea
Alcohol-free Ginger Mule
Method
Refreshing Citrus Sparkler
- 1
Make and assemble
In a large pitcher combine fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir until the syrup is fully incorporated. Add ice, orange and lemon slices and mint leaves. Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to preserve carbonation. Serve over additional ice if desired and garnish each glass with a mint sprig and an orange slice.
Cucumber-Mint Cooler
- 2
Purée cucumber
Place peeled cucumber slices in a blender and pulse until smooth. If you prefer a clearer drink, strain the purée through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl, pressing to extract as much juice as possible (about 1/3 cup liquid).
- 3
Mix cooler
In a shaker or pitcher, combine the cucumber juice or purée, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice and shake or stir vigorously to chill and dilute slightly. Pour mixture into glasses over fresh ice, top with club soda, and gently stir. Garnish with mint sprigs and lime wheels.
Fruity Iced Tea
- 4
Brew tea
Steep black tea bags in 4 cups boiling water for 4–6 minutes depending on desired strength. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool to room temperature (about 20–30 minutes) or place in an ice bath to chill faster.
- 5
Combine and sweeten
Once the tea is cooled, stir in peach nectar and honey (or agave) until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Refrigerate until chilled.
- 6
Alcohol-free Ginger Mule
- 7
Build mule
Fill a copper mug or glass with ice. Add fresh lime juice and simple syrup, then pour in the non-alcoholic ginger beer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of candied or fresh ginger. Serve immediately.
