Stupid Cupid Smoothie Base
Blueberry Flax Granola Topping
Fresh & Garnish Toppings
Method
Stupid Cupid Smoothie Base
Blend the base
Add frozen strawberries, frozen sliced banana, and 3 tablespoons coconut milk to a high-speed blender. Add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt if using for extra creaminess and 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey if you prefer sweeter. Blend on high until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides once; mixture should be pourable but thick enough to hold toppings (not thick like ice cream, but not runny). If too thick, add coconut milk 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach a smooth pourable consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness. Chill briefly (5 minutes) in the fridge if you want it colder before assembling.
Blueberry Flax Granola Topping
Combine 1/2 cup blueberry granola with 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed in a small bowl and stir to mix evenly. This boosts texture and adds the 'blueberry flax granola' element.
Fresh & Garnish Toppings
Prepare fresh strawberries by thinly slicing 3 pieces and set aside.
Chop or measure cacao nibs, coconut flakes, chopped white chocolate or chips, and have Nutella® ready for drizzling.
Assembly
Pour the Stupid Cupid smoothie base into a serving bowl, filling it about 3/4 full so there is room for toppings.
Evenly sprinkle the blueberry flax granola mixture across one side of the bowl.
Arrange the thinly sliced fresh strawberries along another section of the bowl for color and freshness.
Sprinkle cacao nibs over the top, followed by a light scattering of coconut flakes and the chopped white chocolate.
Warm the Nutella® briefly (5–8 seconds) in the microwave so it becomes drizzly but not runny. Using a spoon, drizzle the warmed Nutella® in a zig-zag pattern over the bowl.
Serve immediately so the granola remains crunchy and the toppings are fresh. Not thick — the base should be smooth and slightly pourable under the toppings.
