Method
Prepare Chicken Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss everything together until the wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown.
Make the Sauces

Mild Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir in 1 cup of mild hot sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Hot Sauce
In another saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup of hot sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Insane Sauce
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small saucepan. Stir in 1 cup of insane hot sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of bourbon, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Bread the Tenders
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Place breaded tenders on a plate.

Combine and Serve
Once the wings are baked, toss them in the sauce of your choice (mild, hot, insane, or bourbon BBQ). Serve the wings alongside the chicken tenders for a delicious meal.
