Prepare the Glass
Rim a chilled glass with coarse sea salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it into the salt.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of El Charro Tequila, 1 oz of orange liqueur, 1 oz of house-made sour mix, and 1 oz of prickly pear syrup.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Optionally, you can serve it straight up without ice.

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a slice of prickly pear for an added touch.
