Prepare the Grain Blend

Cook the Grains
In a medium saucepan, combine the 6-grain blend and water (or vegetable broth). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed and grains are tender.

Fluff the Grains
Once cooked, remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes. Then, fluff the grains with a fork and set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
While the grains are cooking, prepare the vegetables. Dice the tomato and cucumber, slice the avocado and jalapeño, and chop the cilantro. Place all the prepared vegetables in a mixing bowl.

Assemble the Grain Bowl

Drizzle with Dressing
Drizzle green goddess dressing over the top of each grain bowl. Adjust the amount to your taste.
