Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Combine the Meat

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork and ground beef. Use your hands to mix them thoroughly until well combined.

  2. 2

    Add Seasonings

Add minced garlic, chopped onion, paprika, and cumin to the meat mixture. Continue mixing until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. 3

    Form Patties

Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and form them into patties, about 1 inch thick.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).

Horseradish Cream Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Horseradish Cream

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, prepared horseradish, chopped chives, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Once the patties are cooked, place them on a serving plate and top each with a dollop of the horseradish cream. Enjoy!
