- 3
Season and Bake
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the bread cubes. Toss again and spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.
Prepare the Dressing
- 4
Blend the Dressing
In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovy fillets, minced garlic (from 1 clove), salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- 5
Taste and Adjust
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary. Add more lemon juice, salt, or pepper to your liking.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towels. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the torn romaine, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 8
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- 9
Serve
Serve immediately, with extra Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
