Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into small florets, about 1-2 inches in size.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and immediately toss it in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 6
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve
- 8
Serve the Dish
Serve the crispy buffalo cauliflower hot with the chilled ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
