Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Evan Williams Bourbon, 1 tbsp of orange blossom honey, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.

Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish the drink with a lemon slice and a few fresh mint leaves on top.
