PTV SIGNATURE COCKTAIL
Method
PTV SIGNATURE COCKTAIL
- 1
Prepare glass
Select a large wine glass or coupe and chill briefly by filling with ice and cold water. Let rest 1–2 minutes, then discard the ice water and add fresh ice cubes to the glass (about 3/4 full).
- 2
Build cocktail
Measure and pour 2 oz Fabrizia Limoncello into a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice. Add 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup. Stir gently 10–15 seconds to chill and slightly dilute.
- 3
Add sparkling components
Strain the limoncello mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Slowly pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco down the side of the glass to preserve bubbles, then top with 1 oz chilled soda water. Stir once gently with a bar spoon to integrate—one long stir from top to bottom is sufficient.
- 4
Garnish and serve
Finish with a lemon wheel perched on the rim and an optional mint sprig tucked into the ice. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding an additional 0.25 oz simple syrup if desired.
- 5
Notes: For a slightly drier spritz, reduce simple syrup to 0.125 oz. To batch for a party, multiply proportions and hold Prosecco and soda until ready to serve to retain effervescence.
