1. Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice the tomatoes and wash the green leaf lettuce, set aside.
2. Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the submarine bread lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
3. Layer the Ingredients
Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Layer the deli ham and salami on the bottom half of the bread.
4. Add Cheese and Veggies
Place the American cheese slices on top of the meats, then add the sliced tomatoes and green leaf lettuce.
5. Finish with Dressing
Drizzle the tramezzino dressing over the top and close the sandwich.
6. Serve
Cut the submarine sandwich in half and serve immediately.
