Method
Prepare Glass & Garnish
Rim the glass
Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes. Spread the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate. If using marshmallow fluff, spread a thin layer of fluff around the outer rim of the glass (or run a lemon wedge around rim to wet). Dip the rim into the graham cracker crumbs, twisting to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.
Make the Cocktail
Add the vanilla vodka, white creme de cacao, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream (or half-and-half) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. The cream softens the liqueur and adds a rich, s'mores-like mouthfeel.
Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is very cold and the outside is frosty. This chills and dilutes the drink to the correct balance.
Finish & Serve
Serve immediately while marshmallows are warm. Provide a napkin and advise sipping with or without a marshmallow bite — the toasted marshmallow will melt a bit into the martini for an authentic s'more flavor.
