Prepare the Caprese Salad
Slice the fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a platter, alternating between mozzarella and tomatoes.

Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the mozzarella and tomatoes.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour lemon juice and sprinkle fresh thyme over them.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Make the Chocolate Mousse
Chop dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until just boiling. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract and sea salt, mix well.

Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
