Activation & Access
Purchase and activate
Purchase the All Season Drink Plans pass online, at the venue, or through the mobile app. Complete activation by linking the pass to your membership card or digital wallet and verify identity with photo ID if required.
Receive your pass
Obtain a physical membership card or download the digital pass to your phone. Store the pass in the venue's app or a mobile wallet for easy scanning at point-of-sale or fountain stations.
Daily Use & Refill Policy
How to redeem daily access
Each day during the season, present your membership card or digital pass at the fountain beverage station or to a staff member to gain access to the fountain beverages included in the plan.
Free refills every 15 minutes
The plan allows refills at 15-minute intervals. To receive a refill, return to the beverage station at least every 15 minutes or as needed. Staff or self-serve machines will honor refills upon presentation/scanning of your active pass.
Using reusable cups
Bring your reusable cup to the station. Ensure it is clean and dry. Present your pass when refilling; staff may inspect the cup for compliance with hygiene policies.
Managing Your Plan
Check your remaining validity
Use the mobile app or website to view the start and end dates of your season pass, check activation status, and see any usage limits or blackout dates.
Add-ons and upgrades
If you desire specialty drinks not included in the base plan (e.g., smoothies, premium coffee or signature beverages), purchase upgrades or pay the difference at point-of-sale. The mobile app will list available add-ons.
Troubleshooting
If your pass is not recognized, show proof of purchase and ID at the service desk. For technical issues with digital passes, log out and back into the app, reinstall if necessary, or contact customer support for pass reactivation.
Etiquette & Safety
Hydration etiquette
Be considerate of other guests by limiting time at busy beverage stations during peak hours. Avoid sharing cups between guests to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
Food safety
Do not refill cups with perishable items that are not covered by the plan. Follow posted instructions for carbonated or self-dispensing machines to avoid spills and machine damage.
