All Season Dining Access - Setup
Activate pass
Purchase or claim the Unlimited Meal Access Pass through the dining portal or point of sale. Ensure the eligible account or membership is linked to the pass and that payment (if required) is completed.
Verify identity
Bring or present identification/verification required by the dining program (student/staff ID, membership card, or digital verification) so staff can validate access.
Understand window and frequency
Confirm that the pass grants continuous access with no daily maximum meals and that meals may be claimed once every 2 hours. Note the 24-hour access window or whatever window the program uses and when it starts (activation time).
Claiming Meals (per serving example)
Select your meal
At each visit, choose one entrée, one side, one beverage, and an optional dessert from the available rotating selection. Portion guidance: take one serving of each category unless otherwise allowed.
Observe timing
Wait at least 2 hours between claimed meals. Staff or the system will track the timestamp of each claim; plan your visits accordingly to stay compliant with the frequency rule.
Present pass and ID
When ready to claim a meal, present the Unlimited Meal Access Pass and your identification for validation. The attendant will mark the claim in the system.
Follow venue policies
Adhere to any venue-specific rules (e.g., dine-in vs. grab-and-go limits, no sharing rules during a single claim, or restrictions on bulk takeout). If unlimited takeaway is not permitted, consume meals as required by policy.
Account Management & Troubleshooting
Monitor usage
Check your account portal or ask staff to see recent claims and timestamps to ensure you are spacing claims correctly and to troubleshoot any discrepancies.
Resolve issues
If a claim is denied or an error occurs, present proof of purchase and ID to dining services. If needed, contact support or the cashier to revalidate the pass and update the claim history.
Renewal or cancellation
If the pass requires renewal, note renewal dates and payment. For cancellations or transfers, follow the program’s terms and contact customer support as needed.
