All Season Dining Access Plan Overview
Method
All Season Dining Access Plan Instructions
Activate plan
Purchase and register the All Season Dining Access plan for the Home Park. Confirm activation date and season applicability with the issuing provider. Keep the confirmation (digital or paper) available for entering participating dining locations.
Meal redemption rules
You may redeem up to 20 individual meals under this plan during the season. Each redemption counts as one meal toward the 20-meal allowance. There is no per-day cap enforced by the plan, but the plan enforces a minimum interval: you can only redeem one meal every 2 hours. Track redemptions to avoid attempting to redeem before the 2-hour window has elapsed.
At the point of service
Present your active plan confirmation (digital pass or card) at participating dining locations in the Home Park when ordering. The server or cashier will mark the redemption against your 20-meal balance. If you try to redeem within 2 hours of your last redemption, staff will deny redemption until the interval has passed.
Managing redemptions
Keep a personal log (mobile note or paper) of each meal redemption time to ensure compliance with the 2-hour rule and to track remaining meals. If your provider offers an online balance tracker, use it to monitor remaining meals in real time.
No daily maximum detail
Because there is no explicit daily maximum, you could redeem multiple meals in a single day as long as each redemption is at least 2 hours apart and you have remaining meals in your 20-meal allotment.
Transfer and guest use
Review provider terms for transferability. If transfers or guest redemptions are allowed, ensure the guest presents the plan confirmation and that you remain the registered plan holder if required. Each guest redemption will decrement the plan's remaining meal count.
Expiration and restrictions
Use all allotted meals before the plan's season expiration date. Be aware of any blackout dates, excluded menu items, or participating-location restrictions; these will be specified by the provider. Attempting to redeem for excluded items or outside participating locations may be denied.
Customer support
If there is any discrepancy about remaining meals, redemption times, or activation, contact the provider's customer support with your plan confirmation number. Keep receipts of redemptions when possible to assist in resolving disputes.
