Sparkling Water Option
- 1
Chill
Ensure the sparkling water bottle has been refrigerated or stored in an ice bucket so it is well chilled before serving (recommended 4–8°C). Cold sparkling water holds carbonation better and tastes crisper.
- 2
If using ice, add 3–4 ice cubes to the glass. Note: adding many ice cubes can accelerate loss of carbonation; for maximum fizz serve without ice or use very cold sparkling water.
- 3
Open the bottle carefully to preserve carbonation: hold bottle upright, remove cap slowly, and allow a gentle release of pressure. Avoid shaking before opening.
- 4
Pour the sparkling water into the chilled glass slowly down the side to reduce foaming. Fill to desired level up to 750 ml. If foam forms, pause until bubbles subside then continue pouring.

Chill
Ensure still water is refrigerated or in an ice bucket and well chilled (recommended 4–8°C) before serving.
- 7
If using ice, add 3–4 ice cubes to the glass. For minimal dilution, use large ice cubes or omit ice and keep water fully chilled.
- 8
Open the bottle or pitcher and pour the flat water into the glass. Pour slowly down the side to minimize splashing. Fill to desired level up to 750 ml.

If presenting to guests, place bottle on coaster or in an ice bucket. Replace cap or reseal bottle if not finished. Store opened sparkling bottle upright in refrigerator to slow carbonation loss; consume within 1–2 days for best fizz. Consume still water within 24–48 hours after opening for freshness.
