Preparation

1

Muddle the Olives

In a mixing glass, add 10 green olives. Use a muddler to crush the olives gently to release their juices and flavors.

2

Add Brine and Season

Pour in 30 ml of brine from the olives. Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavor of the muddled mixture.

3

Incorporate Garlic Stuffed Olives

Take 2 garlic stuffed olives and slice them in half. Add them to the muddled mixture for added flavor and texture.

Mixing the Cocktail

4

Add the Alcohol

Pour 60 ml of your choice of gin or vodka into the mixing glass with the muddled ingredients.

5

Stir the Mixture

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds to combine the flavors thoroughly.

Serving

6

Strain the Cocktail

Using a strainer, pour the cocktail into a chilled martini glass or a rocks glass filled with ice.

7

Garnish

Finish the cocktail with a sprinkle of cracked black pepper on top to taste. Optionally, you can drop a whole garlic stuffed olive into the drink for garnish.
