Prepare the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are well coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat.

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are fully coated.

Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
