Method

Classic Bourbon

    Prepare the Bourbon Mix

    In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Bourbon, 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Fill the glass with ice.

    Stir the Mixture

    Stir the ingredients gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

    Serve

    Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

Classic Rye

    Prepare the Rye Mix

    In a separate mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Rye Whiskey, 0.5 tsp of Brown Sugar, and 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters.

    Muddle the Ingredients

    Muddle the brown sugar with the bitters until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice.

    Stir the Mixture

    Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well combined and chilled.

    Serve

    Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

Espresso Batch

    Prepare the Espresso Mix

    In a shaker, combine 1 oz of Espresso, 0.5 oz of Coffee Liqueur, and 0.25 oz of Simple Syrup.

    Shake

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

    Serve

    Strain into a small glass or coupe and serve immediately.

Cola Batch

    Prepare the Cola Mix

    In a tall glass, combine 4 oz of Cola, 1 oz of Bourbon, and 0.5 oz of Lime Juice.

    Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

    Serve

    Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
