Cocktail

Method

Prepare

1

Chill glass

If desired, place a copper mule mug or highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill, or fill it with ice while preparing ingredients.

2

Juice lime

Roll the lime on the counter to loosen juices, then cut and squeeze fresh lime to yield 0.75 oz (about 3/4 of a fresh lime). Strain any seeds.

Build the cocktail

3

Fill the chilled mug or glass about 3/4 full with cubed ice (about 1 cup). This keeps the cocktail cold without too much dilution.

4

Pour 2 oz pearl raspberry vodka over the ice.

5

Add 0.75 oz fresh lime juice to the vodka. If you prefer a sweeter, fruitier profile, add 0.5 oz raspberry syrup at this stage.

6

Top gently with 4 oz ginger beer. Pour slowly over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to preserve effervescence.

7

Stir once or twice gently with a bar spoon to integrate the vodka, lime and ginger beer without flattening the soda.

Garnish & Serve

8

Thread 3 fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick or drop them directly into the drink.

9

Float a lime wheel on the rim or on top of the ice and add a mint sprig if using for aroma.

10

Serve immediately with a straw and a small cocktail spoon for the raspberries.
