In a bowl, combine the roasted red bell pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Marinate the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the Grill

Skewer the Shrimp
