Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

2

Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

3

Make the Citrus Butter

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes.

4

Finish the Sauce

Stir in lemon juice and orange zest into the skillet. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.

5

Serve

Place the grilled salmon on plates and drizzle with the charred shrimp citrus butter. Enjoy!
