Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Honey Water
In a small bowl, mix equal parts honey and warm water until fully dissolved to create honey water.
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add Hennessy, cherry juice, and honey water. Fill with ice and shake well to chill.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a copper mug filled with ice.
Top with Ginger Beer
Pour ginger beer over the top of the cocktail mixture.
Garnish
Add a cinnamon stick and fresh mint leaves for garnish.
