Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fish

Season the Chilean seabass fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

3

Cook the Fish

Add the seasoned seabass fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

5

Add Capers and Lemon

Add the drained capers and fresh lemon juice to the butter and garlic mixture. Stir well to combine.

6

Combine and Serve

Return the seabass fillets to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and cook for an additional minute to heat through. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
