Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, combine the pork loin and mojo marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

Cook the Pork

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and season with salt and black pepper. Grill or cook the pork for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

Prepare the Sandwich

Slice the submarine rolls in half. Spread garlic mayonnaise on one side and adobo mustard on the other. Layer the sliced pork, Swiss cheese, sweet & spicy pickles, and fresh cilantro onto the rolls.

Serve

Close the sandwich and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your Cuban B!
