Prepare the Crab Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Prepare the Grouper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper on both sides and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Top the Grouper
Evenly distribute the crab mixture over the top of each grouper fillet, pressing down gently to adhere.
Bake the Fillets
Bake the grouper in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crab crust is golden brown.
Prepare the Lemon Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt to taste.
