Prepare glass
Fill a rocks glass (or an Old Fashioned glass) with ice to chill while you assemble the cocktail.

In a mixing glass or directly in the chilled rocks glass, add 1.5 oz sweet vermouth and 0.75 oz Campari over fresh ice.

Gently pour 2 oz chilled prosecco over the vermouth and Campari. If you prefer a slightly longer, lighter drink, add 0.25 oz chilled club soda. Stir once gently with a bar spoon to combine—about 4–6 slow turns—to preserve the carbonation.

Express an orange peel over the drink to release oils, rim the glass with the peel, then drop it in (or use a twist on the rim). Serve immediately while the prosecco is bubbly.
