Baked Item (choose one)

Method

Baked Item (choose one)

  1. 1

    Warm croissant

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place croissant on a baking sheet and warm for 5–7 minutes until heated through and slightly crisp on the outside. Remove and serve with 1 tbs butter and 1 tsp jam on the side.

  2. 2

    Warm muffin

If muffin chosen, warm in a 325°F (160°C) oven for 6–8 minutes (or microwave for 20–30 seconds) until just heated through. Serve with 1 tbs butter and 1 tsp jam.

Grain Bowl (choose one)

  1. 3

    Hot oatmeal

Combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1.5 cups milk or water and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then reduce to a simmer and cook 5–7 minutes until thickened to desired consistency. Remove from heat and let sit 1 minute.

  2. 4

    Cold cereal

Place 0.75 cups packaged cold cereal into a bowl. Serve with optional milk on the side (not included in ingredient list) and top with 2 tbsp fresh berries if desired.

  3. 5

    Granola bowl

Spoon 0.75 cups granola into a bowl. Serve with 0.5 cups Greek yogurt alongside or spooned on top, and drizzle 1 tsp honey if desired. Add 2 tbsp fresh berries for garnish.

Dairy & Fruit

  1. 6

Measure 0.5 cups Greek yogurt into a small serving bowl or ramekin. Spoon fresh mixed fruit (3 oz) alongside the yogurt or arrange on top. Sprinkle 2 tbsp additional berries for garnish if desired.

Beverages

  1. 7

    Coffee

Brew 8 oz freshly brewed coffee to guest preference (drip, pour-over, or espresso-based). Serve hot with milk and sugar on the side if desired.

  2. 8

    Tea

If guest chooses tea, pour 8 oz near-boiling water over chosen tea bag or leaves and steep 3–5 minutes depending on type. Serve with lemon, honey or milk on the side.

  3. 9

    Juice

Pour 6 oz chilled fruit juice (orange or apple) into a glass and serve chilled.

Finishing & Plating

  1. 10

Assemble the plate: place warmed croissant or muffin on a plate with butter and jam. Add the chosen grain (oatmeal in a bowl, or cold cereal/granola in a separate bowl). Place Greek yogurt with fresh fruit adjacent to the grain bowl. Serve juice in a glass and coffee or tea in a cup. Offer honey and extra fruit on the side to taste.
