Cocktail
Chill glass
Place a coupe or old-fashioned glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes, or fill the glass with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
Combine ingredients
In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled about two-thirds with ice, pour 1.5 oz Wayward Unruly Vodka, 0.75 oz Campari, 0.75 oz sweet vermouth and add 2 dashes of orange bitters.
Stir
Stir the mixture briskly with a bar spoon for 20–30 seconds (about 15–20 full stirs) until well chilled and slightly diluted. If using a shaker, you may shake briefly, but stirring is preferred for clarity.
Strain
Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or over a large ice cube in an old-fashioned glass, depending on whether you want it 'up' (no ice) or 'on the rocks' (with ice).
Serve
Serve immediately. Enjoy the Negroski as a balanced, bitter-forward cocktail with bright orange aromatics.
