Oyster Shooter Preparation
Prepare the oysters
Shuck the fresh oysters carefully, making sure to keep them intact in their shells.
Assemble the shooters
In a shot glass, add 1 tablespoon of spicy cocktail sauce at the bottom.
Add the oyster
Place an oyster on top of the cocktail sauce in each shot glass.
Pour the vodka
Carefully pour 1 ounce of pepper vodka over the oyster in each glass.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a dollop of fresh horseradish if desired. Serve immediately.
