Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Mahi Mahi

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the Mahi Mahi fillets and coat well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2

Grill the Mahi Mahi

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated Mahi Mahi for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

3

Warm the tortillas

While the fish is grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

4

Assemble the tacos

Once the Mahi Mahi is cooked, break it into large chunks. On each tortilla, layer shredded cabbage, chunks of Mahi Mahi, pico de gallo, and top with crema.

5

Serve

Serve the grilled Mahi tacos immediately, garnished with extra lime wedges if desired.
